Evidence for prescribing exercise as treatment in pediatric rheumatic diseases

A review posted on ScienceDirect cites evidence for prescribing exercise to juveniles who have rheumatic diseases.

One point of order for prescribing exercise is that "No exercise-related adverse effects have been reported".

Although spondylitis is not mentioned specifically, exercise is a known cornerstone of treatment for ankylosing spondylitis.
